Francois Groulx

Francois Groulx has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Francois is currently working as an IT Applications Manager at Security Compass since November 2021. Prior to this, Francois worked at Nubik as a Senior Consultant from February 2021 to November 2021, and as a Salesforce and FinancialForce Consultant from August 2019 to February 2021.

Before joining Nubik, Francois held positions at Export Development Canada (EDC) as a Vendor and Portfolio Management Project Coordinator from May 2017 to August 2019, and as a Vendor & Portfolio Management Advisor from May 2016 to August 2019.

Earlier in their career, Francois worked as a Sales Representative at Keller Williams Ottawa Realty from September 2014 to July 2016, and as a Sales Support Associate at Great-West Life from August 2015 to April 2016. Francois also served as a System Administrator at Martels Real Estate, Inc from September 2013 to August 2014, and as a Senior Inside Sales Representative at the same company from November 2010 to June 2013.

Francois Groulx obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from the University of Ottawa. Francois attended the University of Ottawa from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they also briefly studied at Lund University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Francois Groulx has obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training offered by PeopleCert. In February 2020, they earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In April 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification, followed by the Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant certification in June 2020.
