Kimberly Nauen

Kimberly Nauen has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kimberly began their career in 2003 by founding KP Nauen & Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in providing HR services to small and mid-size organizations. The firm focuses on performance management and compliance throughout the entire employee lifecycle. In 2014, Kimberly joined SECLOCK, where they initially served as the Director of Human Resources and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Kimberly continues to hold this role currently.

Kimberly Nauen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communications from Fairfield University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, which they completed from 1993 to 1995.
