Mamani started her career with Deloitte and then PricewaterhouseCoopers helping clients adapt to securing the newly formed ecommerce industry and navigating the expansion of technology innovation through risk management and compliance. She supported both public and private sector industries. As she moved from consulting to industry, she ran a security operations teams at BNYMellon, then moved to building simulated cyber war games for Citigroup, to establishing a cyber program at Synchrony Financial and leading the divestiture from GE. Mamani then entered the Ad Tech industry as CISO at Omnicom Media Group just as GDPR legislation was passed in Europe. She was responsible for enhancing the cyber program to respond to and support GDPR requirements and worked directly with customers across consumer goods, automotive, and finance to ensure OMG would be protecting their IP and data. Most recently Mamani was the first Executive Director of Enterprise Architecture at Raytheon Technologies. During her tenure at RTX, Mamani served as the Cyber lead for the first simultaneous divestiture in history (Carrier/ Otis). Completed in 12 months, she helped both CISOs plan for an establish their security programs while maintaining the compliance and operational stability for RTX globally during the TSA period. As Enterprise Architect, Mamani led the deployment of a global dev/sec/ops platform for the newly merged, planned for application transformation across a portfolio of ~4200 corporate applications, and launched a digital thread initiative across the company.
