Ashley Garcia

Ashley Garcia has a long and varied work experience. Ashley began their career in 2008 at Rackspace, where they held roles such as Sales Manager, Outbound Sales Representative, Manager, Online Lead Generation, Business Development Consultant III - SMB, Acquisition Sales Representative, Business Development Consultant (Sales), Business Development Associate (Sales), Lead Development Representative, and Sales Lead Developer. In 2015, they joined SalesStaff as a Team Lead, Implementation Manager. That same year, Ashley also joined Alert Logic as a Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, Ashley moved to SecurityGate.io, where they are currently the Manager of Customer Experience and Senior Customer Success Lead.

Ashley Garcia received their Marketing degree from Texas State University between 2004 and 2008. Ashley has obtained several certifications since then, including the ITIL Foundation v3 from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in January 2017, Customer Success Management 101 & 201 from Gainsight in September 2016, AWS Technical Professional Certification from Amazon Web Services in September 2015, and Cloud U Certified from Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company.
