Tzivia Ward has been working in the cyber security field since 2020. In 2021, they began working as an Information System Security Specialist for Securityhunter, Inc. and as an SOC Analyst Tier 1 Internship for SecuLore Solutions. Prior to this, they were self-employed, conducting self-directed cyber security projects such as security log analysis, detecting SQL injection attacks, and investigating data exfiltration. In 2020, they were an Imagery Analyst for Persistent Surveillance Systems, LLC, where they developed and delivered analytical reports and manipulated and analyzed WAMI/WAAS imagery. Since 2000, they have worked as an Inventory Manager for Radcliffe Jewelers, where they reconciled daily transactions and scanned and entered new inventory into the database. Tzivia also maintained excellent work relationships with vendors and provided excellent customer service, leading to improved wholesale pricing and net profit to the company.

Tzivia Ward is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they started in 2021 and is expected to finish in 2025. In 2022, they began taking courses at Harford Community College and Tzomet Cyberwise, where they are working towards a Linux Certification and Cybersecurity respectively. Tzivia also attended the Community College of Baltimore County without obtaining a degree. In addition, Tzivia has obtained several certifications, including the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from the SANS Institute in March 2021, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) from the SANS Institute in December 2020, CompTIA A+ in May 2020, CompTIA Network+ in March 2020, and CompTIA Security+ in January 2020.
