Role Responsibilities: 

  1. Sales and Revenue Operations Support:

  • Review, report and analyze lead volume, conversions, management of opportunities from Sales and Account Management teams

  • Channels and Partner portal performance: basic administration, data upload, monitor and report usage and activities

  • Renewal opportunity creation and management

  • Revenue, Bookings and Products data accuracy on Orders, Opportunities,Accounts

  • Order closure management- educate and assist sales teams, Data control, handshake with Finance/other operations team

  1. Regular Reports and Dashboards cadence: 

  • Forecast management and projections analysis with Sales leadership
    Pipeline volume analysis - reporting and insights
  • Tracking closure reporting on metrics against targets
  • Ad hoc analysis on Sales,Product and Account management
  1. CRM and Systems support: 

  • Collection and presentation of ideas to or from Sales and Operations teams

  • Lead documentation of projects identified by business

  • Identifying CRM process gaps, assist solutioning

  • Testing of functionalities completed by developers on CRM or other tools
    Assist in enablement and working demonstration of new features

  • Plan data cleanup post implementation to maintain continuity
