YuJa Inc is seeking energetic salespeople who have a proven track record as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative and are highly motivated to transition into an Account Executive position.

The Level 1 Account Executive position includes structured training programs that are designed to help salespeople drive growth for our organization, in a significantly expanding marketplace. YuJa also offers a dynamic and collaborative environment along with the opportunity for professional growth through hands-on training, mentoring, and continuous product education for our industry-leading software.

About the Role

  • Source Leads and Book Demonstrations.

  • Learn the suite of YuJa Product Technologies.

  • Perform online demonstrations to prospective customers of the YuJa suite of products.

  • Responsible for entire sales cycle from lead production to close.

  • Make accurate individual pipeline assessments.

  • Keep all sales records up to date in Salesforce.

  • Perform trials and pilots with prospective customers.

  • Fulfill and meet the assigned sales quota.

  • RFP creation and submission to prospective clients.

 About You

  • 2-3 years of experience as a highly successful BDR or SDR.
  • A history of meeting BDR or SDR sales goals and/or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals and work well under pressure.
  • Display empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit.
  • Ambitious, eager to learn and eager to grow.

Educational Requirements

  • College Degree Preferred
