Senior Technical Account Manager

Position Summary:

This role will lead the internal US partner services delivery team in conjunction with the account management team to provide standards based and streamlined solution delivery of Securonix applications and products to our partners and managed service providers.

TAM will ensure end-to-end delivery of customer experience and be the trusted advisor and primary technical SPOC. They will also be responsible for retaining and growing current client revenue in the region.

Core Responsibilities:

Account Delivery Management

• Awareness of key stakeholders (Individuals & Teams).
• Stay connected with customer’s technology owners (Engineering) and actual consumers (SOC Operations).
• Document and update immediate priorities and challenges.
• Current state value realization assessment and alignment.

Customer Sentiment/Health

• Establish and conduct regular cadences with key stakeholders.
• Accurate and transparent current state health/sentiment disclosure to internal Executive Leadership Team.
• Conduct proactive risk assessments and assess the need for support and executive sponsor attention.

Field Engagement

• Perform proactive health checks on SIEM deployment.
• Proactive escalations to internal support teams.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projects and manage the day-to-day program activities and deliverables, including schedules / timelines, and project change requests.
• Report on program results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
• Provides status reports regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
• Refine the technical engagement process for MSSP go to market program.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to engineering and product management.

Customer Accountability

• Operate under proactive/reactive mode to ensure overall health of platform and solution.

• Proactively conduct periodic risk assessments to identify key priorities and proactive mitigations to ensure healthy sentiment.

• Stay close with the product consuming teams to better understand/deliver value.

• Continuous enablement to improve adoption & collaborate with sales team.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years’ experience in leading customer-facing organizations

• 10+ years’ experience in SIEM/Cyber Security Industry

• 5+ years’ experience working with Cyber Security operations.

• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business model

• Analytical and process-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to lead a team of experienced TAM and technologists.
