Position Summary:
This role will lead the internal US partner services delivery team in conjunction with the account management team to provide standards based and streamlined solution delivery of Securonix applications and products to our partners and managed service providers.
TAM will ensure end-to-end delivery of customer experience and be the trusted advisor and primary technical SPOC. They will also be responsible for retaining and growing current client revenue in the region.

Proactively conduct periodic risk assessments to identify key priorities and proactive mitigations to ensure healthy sentiment.
Stay close with the product consuming teams to better understand/deliver value.
Continuous enablement to improve adoption & collaborate with sales team.
Required Skills:
15+ years’ experience in leading customer-facing organizations
10+ years’ experience in SIEM/Cyber Security Industry
5+ years’ experience working with Cyber Security operations.
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business model
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead a team of experienced TAM and technologists.
