Director, People & Culture - Total Rewards at Securonix

Russell Wallace, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and global mobility. Russell currently works at Securonix as the Director of People & Culture - Total Rewards, where they manage compensation and benefits programs and provides HR consultancy to employees and business leadership. Prior to this, they worked at PrideOne as a Global Mobility/HR Consultant, where they consulted with a global institution to manage and onboard employees into a business travel tracker. Russell also developed communication plans, training programs, and an employee relation escalation process.

Before that, Wallace worked at L3Harris Technologies as the Lead of Total Rewards, where they administered an international assignment and relocation program and coordinated global compensation collection. Russell also served as an independent HR consultant, providing guidance on procedural efficiencies, cost-effectiveness, and immigration compliance to HR leaders. At Gerdau, they headed the entire lifecycle of international and domestic relocation programs and designed job offers for relocating candidates.

Wallace began their career at Ernst & Young, LLP, where they managed client assignment programs and global teams. Russell also developed instructor training programs and managed compensation and payroll reconciliation processes. Prior to that, they worked at Fritz Companies, Inc. as an Operations Analyst/Export Agent, overseeing client logistical accounts for air freight shipping and providing shipping solutions to clients.

Russell Wallace, SHRM-SCP, GPHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies & Political Science with a minor in German from Rhodes College. Russell also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Management from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Dallas College. In terms of certifications, Wallace is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) obtained in 2015 and 2007 respectively. Russell also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification obtained in 2003. Wallace has further certifications as a Qualified Compensation Analyst from the North Texas Compensation Association obtained in 2023, and as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Vector International, LLC obtained in 2018.
