Gabriel Rogers

Gabriel Rogers has extensive experience in law enforcement and consulting, currently serving as President of Containment Dynamics Consulting since November 2018 and as an Independent Contractor for Securus Monitoring since June 2019, providing expert witness testimony in various courts. Prior to these roles, Gabriel served as a Parole Agent II at the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation for 28 years, overseeing GPS offender tracking and authoring multiple policies related to offender management. Additional experience includes training roles in GPS monitoring and defensive tactics, and serving as a Task Force Officer with the California Department of Justice, the United States Marshals Service, and the FBI, where investigations focused on violent crimes and fugitive recovery. Gabriel's educational background includes studies at the University of Washington and San Joaquin Delta College.
