Monday Rose San Miguel, CGSP, is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in hotel management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Rooms at Seda Hotels since February 2018, San Miguel previously held the positions of Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from January 2013 to December 2017 as a Duty Manager and Assistant Duty Manager, where responsibilities encompassed guest complaint management, emergency response, and front office operations oversight.
