Neil Marshall has over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry. Neil worked at SEDA International Packaging Group from 2012 onwards, starting as the Innovations Director and later becoming the Operations Director. Prior to that, they were at Huhtamaki for over 20 years, where they held various positions such as Operations Director, Technical Director, and Innovations Manager Europe. Neil began their career at Solo Cup Company in 1986 as the R&D and Maintenance Manager.
Neil Marshall attended Open University from 1984 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Neil also had experience with the Ministry of Defence and Southampton Technical College.
