Rridhima Namdeo

Rridhima Namdeo has solid work experience in both talent management and training and people development. Rridhima is currently the Head of Talent Management at SEDEMAC since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Training and People Development from October 2020 to February 2023, Manager, Training and People Development from April 2015 to October 2020, Deputy Manager, Training and People Development from June 2014 to March 2015, Deputy Manager, Body Design from April 2011 to May 2014, and Assistant Manager, Body Design from June 2007 to March 2011.

Rridhima Namdeo's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled in Punjab Engineering College. Rridhima pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in production engineering and graduated in 2007.

In 2013, Rridhima Namdeo joined Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management. Rridhima completed their studies in 2014.

The same year, in 2014, they attended ESCP Business School for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services. Their tenure at ESCP Business School lasted for one year.

Rridhima Namdeo is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Their expected graduation date is in 2024.
