James Rinn, CPA, has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. James is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Stallion Funding, LLC, a private real estate finance company. In this role, they are responsible for managing both Stallion Funding and Stallion Capital.
Prior to their current position, James worked as a Contract CFO for Sedera, a healthcare cost-sharing company. James assisted with the merger and helped individuals and businesses find affordable healthcare alternatives.
Before that, James served as the CFO/COO of Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP, the largest locally owned and managed accounting firm in the Greater Austin area. James also held the position of COO/CFO at Five Stone Tax Advisers and SmithCo Investments/e3 Foundation.
James has a strong background in finance, having worked as the Vice-President II (Finance) at CoreLogic and as the Internal Auditor Director at National Instruments. James started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Texas Lottery Commission.

James Rinn, CPA earned a BBA degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin in 1991. Prior to that, they attended St. Edward's University from 1987 to 1989. James completed their high school education at Lanier High School, although the specific years are not provided. In 1994, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
