Shane O'Dea

Shane O'Dea has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Shane has held various roles in different organizations, including Personal Injury Education Foundation, Sedgwick, WorkSafe Victoria, VACC Insurance/Fortis Insurance, Vacc/Fortis Insurance, KW&PGD consulting, Accident Compensation Commission, and TAC. Some of their notable positions include Director, Head of Strategic Partnerships & Programs - Workers Compensation, Personal Injury & Specialty, Executive Director Agent Transition, and Victorian State Manager.

Shane O'Dea attended Saint Bernard's College Essendon from 1975 to 1980. Shane then went on to study at The Australian National University from 1981 to 1983. Currently, they are enrolled at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, starting in 2021.
