Wayne Charters

Wayne Charters currently serves as IT Director for Infrastructure and Automation Services at Sedgwick since June 2022, previously holding roles such as Senior Global Infrastructure Automation and Innovation Manager and Senior Manager Infrastructure. Prior to this, Wayne worked at The White Company from September 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing IT security and infrastructure as well as overseeing network and infrastructure management for a prestigious retail brand. Earlier experience includes a role as Infrastructure Manager at SilverBug from 2011 to September 2014, focusing on supporting customers' IT infrastructure in a hands-on capacity and ensuring the security and robustness of services.
