VijaiSenthil Padmanabhan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. VijaiSenthil is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Seed IncubIT, a company that focuses on incubating seed-stage startups. Prior to that, they worked at BISOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES LLC as a Partner and EVP of Client Relations, where they utilized their IT and military experience to deliver a wide range of services to government clients.

VijaiSenthil also co-founded DARTexon, where they served as the Director of Client Relations. Additionally, they co-founded Orlandopreneur, an organization aimed at enhancing collaboration and economic development in Central Florida through entrepreneurship and small businesses.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, VijaiSenthil held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Candid Hire, where they played a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction. VijaiSenthil also worked as an IT Platform Architect at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, where they were responsible for transforming a monolithic architecture-based reservation application into an API-led microservice enabled architecture.

VijaiSenthil gained professional experience as a Technology Consultant at Modis, primarily working on projects for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they coordinated release coordination and drove high-level estimation processes for the Merchant Services Payment Gateway Portfolio.

Earlier in their career, VijaiSenthil worked at Infosys as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager, managing various projects. VijaiSenthil also spent several years at Kumaran Systems, holding multiple roles such as Technical Manager, Technical Project Lead, Technical Lead, and Technology Analyst. During this time, they worked on projects in domains such as banking, health, and education, utilizing technologies such as J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle.

VijaiSenthil Padmanabhan pursued their education in computer science at AVC College. VijaiSenthil obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from AVC College between 1994 and 1997. Later, they furthered their studies in the same field and completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from AVC College between 1997 and 2000.
