Aya Gil

Aya Gil has a diverse range of work experience. Aya started working at High Q in 2001 as a Psychometric exam Instructor. Aya then worked at Marine Trust Ltd as an Assistant to the Vice-President, where they supervised tenders and handled company shares. In 2006, they joined EBN & CO as a Commercial Lawyer, providing legal support and managing negotiations for leading companies. Aya worked there until 2016. In 2008, Aya worked as a Teaching Assistant at Coller School of Management, assisting with the Foundations of Jurisprudence course. Their most recent role is as the COO at Seed-X, a position they have held since 2017.

Aya Gil completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management from Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2006. Aya pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2013 to 2016. In 2016-2017, they were enrolled at Tel Aviv University again to receive a certificate in Mediation Practicum from Gevim Group. Aya Gil also studied Directors and Other Senior Corporate Officeholders at Tel Aviv University in 2016-2017. Aya holds a certification as a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
