Horea Burca

Horea Burca has a diverse work experience with a focus on sustainability and technology. Horea is currently the Co-Founder & CTO at SeedCulture, a company backed by Carbon13 that helps organizations embed sustainability into their culture through a gamified learning and engagement platform. Prior to that, Horea was a cohort member in Carbon13's startup program, where they worked on ventures to reduce CO2e emissions. Horea also served as the Director of Product Development at Vet-AI from 2019 to 2023 and as a Senior iOS Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Horea was the Co-Founder of Blinky from 2016 to 2018 and worked as a Product Manager at Twenty One Learning from 2014 to 2015. Horea began their career as a Software Engineering Contractor in 2006.

Horea Burca completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2002 to 2007.
