Vasu Sarin

Vasu Sarin is the current Head of Partnerships at SeedLegals. Vasu has also held positions at SeedLegals as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, Senior Funding Strategist, and Funding and Equity Manager. Vasu has been instrumental in building, hiring, and scaling the BD team at SeedLegals. Vasu'sresponsibilities have included leading on the entire sales process from Funding Round open to close, as well as leading on Subscriptions and Partnerships within sales to drive revenue growth. Vasu has also been responsible for owning and executing process changes across all sales products, training current team members and supporting them through their growth, and managing the onboarding of all new team members. SeedLegals is a high growth startup that recently closed a $4 million funding round with Index Ventures. Vasu has been working closely with the Head of Sales on streamlining user acquisition and management, building new customer acquisition channels, and achieving +12,000 startups using SeedLegals with +3 funding rounds opening per day. Vasu has also been responsible for developing CRM solutions and configuration, streamlining and scaling the sales pipeline/process. Prior to their work at SeedLegals, Vasu Sarin was the Founder and CEO of Tab Care for 4 years and 5 months. Vasu was also the Sales and Marketing Manager at Double Tree by Hilton London Marble Arch for 2 months.

Vasu Sarin attended The University of Kent from 2015 to 2019, earning a BA (Hons) in Business & Management. During their time at the university, Sarin was involved in several activities and societies, including the Entrepreneur of the Year Competition. The modules they took during their time at the university covered a wide range of topics, including business skills and employability, financial accounting, management principles, data analysis and statistics, economics, quantitative methods, marketing, project management, and strategy.
