Pagna Ukthaun

Pagna Ukthaun has extensive experience in program management, partnerships, and innovation. Pagna currently works at Seedstars as a Program and Partnerships Manager - Asia. Prior to this, they were a Specialist on Governance and Innovation at UNDP Cambodia. Pagna also worked as a Program Manager at 500 Global, where they managed the Angkor 500 program. Pagna served as the Head of Exploration at UNDP Accelerator Labs, where they explored emerging signals and leveraged big data and thick data to design experimental portfolios. Before that, they held roles at Nest.vc as an Innovation Partner and Programme Manager, where they designed and executed accelerator programmes connecting innovators and corporates to test and implement emerging technologies in logistics and FinTech. Pagna also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at WaterSHED Ventures, where they accelerated better sanitation and hygiene adoption in rural communities through an innovative social business model. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Damco, DHL Global Forwarding, and Expeditors, gaining experience in product management, project leadership, and operations.

Pagna Ukthaun obtained a Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD in 2017. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Pagna pursued an MSc in Business Innovation and Creative Entrepreneurship from London Metropolitan University.
