David Fernández García

David Fernández García has extensive experience in the tax field. David is currently the Global Head of Tax at Seedtag, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Tax Manager at Seedtag from January 2022 to February 2024. Before joining Seedtag, David worked at KPMG Abogados as a Manager in Deal Advisory, M&A Tax, and International Tax. During their time there from December 2016 to January 2022, they provided tax advice on various M&A transactions and international tax matters. David also worked at EY as a Tax Senior from September 2013 to November 2016, where they advised companies on tax strategy, assisted with tax procedures and disputes, and conducted due diligence. Overall, David's experience encompasses tax advisory work in the context of M&A, international tax, corporate tax, and tax strategy.

David Fernández García completed a double bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2007 to 2013. David then pursued a Master's degree in International Taxation from Centro de Estudios Garrigues from 2017 to 2018. In 2013 to 2014, they undertook a Master's program in Business Taxation from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Genova in 2011 to 2012.
