Rafael Arias Labrador

Rafael Arias Labrador began their work experience as a Global Payroll Lead at Seedtag in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Nextail as a Senior Payroll & Compliance Specialist starting in December 2021 until June 2023. Before Nextail, they were responsible for personnel administration at Hipoges Iberia from January 2019 to December 2021. Rafael also worked as a Senior Consultant in the International Team at BDO Spain from November 2017 to January 2019. Rafael's previous roles include working as a labor consultant at Grupo Atisa from May 2016 to November 2017, and in the Labor Department at PluralAsesores from May 2014 to April 2016. Rafael began their career as a Labor Technician at Deloitte España from March 2013 to May 2014.

Rafael Arias Labrador holds a Master's degree in Labor Law Consultancy, which they obtained from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros in 2015. Before that, they pursued a degree in Human Resources from Jagiellonian University's Faculty of Law and Administration between 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Labor Relations with a specialization in Labor and Social Security from Facultad de Ciencias del trabajo, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
