Diego Kascharowski

Diego Kascharowski has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Diego began their career at Autopec as an Analista de Sistemas and Auxiliar de TI. In 2018, they joined Methodos Tecnologia e Inovação as an Arquiteto de Soluções and Gerente. In 2021, they moved to Keletes as the CTO. Currently, they are working at Seedz as a Developer Advocate and Desenvolvedor. Throughout their career, they have focused on maintaining strong communication within teams and departments, utilizing their knowledge of IT and business to generate ideas and guide decisions. Diego also strives to maximize productivity and performance and is always looking for new ways of working.

Diego Kascharowski obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ibmec between 2014 and 2016. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Faculdade de Tecnologia de Americana, studying Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In 2017-2018, they completed a Postgraduate degree in Architecture and Technology Solutions at Wyden.
