Leandro Falcão

Leandro Falcão has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leandro started their career at Grupo Pão de Açúcar in 2005, where they held various administrative functions, including cashier and roles in administration, personnel, and cash inspection. In 2013, Leandro joined Qw3 Tecnologias Digitais, initially as an intern and then progressing to a junior developer and eventually to the role of CTO and Project Coordinator. At Qw3 Tecnologias Digitais, they worked closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance to resolve technical issues. Leandro also trained and mentored junior developers and engineers, focusing on improving team performance and teaching Ruby on Rails. In 2022, Leandro joined Seedz as a Back-end Developer.

Leandro Falcão obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação (ICMC) - USP. Leandro pursued this degree from 2007 to 2014, with a focus on Web Applications and Information Systems Management. Later, they pursued a Professional Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Applied Computing to Industry (MECAI) from the same institution, which they completed from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Leandro obtained a certification in Web Application Engineering, also from the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação (ICMC) - USP.
