Keith Kemper

Mr. Kemper joined Seefried Properties as Development Manager in June 2021 and brings to the team his previous experience in commercial real estate construction. He is responsible for all aspects of the development process from site selection to construction management for projects throughout the Texas Region. Mr. Kemper has 13 years of experience with a variety of project types including high-rise multifamily, mixed use, office/campus, hospitality, event venue and healthcare.

Most recently, Mr. Kemper worked on the project management team for the Beck Group where he managed the design, development and construction of commercial properties throughout Texas. Prior to that, Mr. Kemper worked for Manhattan Construction in Dallas and Houston.

Mr. Kemper has been involved with approximately $850M in projects during his career in commercial construction.
