Jaymie Bullard

Mr. Bullard is a Senior Development Manager with a focus on site selection, site feasibility, site feasibility, due diligence, land acquisition, site design and construction associated with prospective and ongoing projects throughout the Southwest.

Prior to joining Seefried in June 2020, Mr. Bullard worked on the project management team for a National Construction Management Firm where he was responsible for pre-construction, estimating, scheduling and project financials on a multitude of projects.

Mr. Bullard has completed approximately 15 million sq. ft. of projects equating to over $950 million in total project value throughout his professional career in commercial and industrial real estate.
