Kristi Desart

Kristi Desart has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kristi began their career at Volt, where they started as a Recruiter and eventually became a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing a team of recruiters. After leaving Volt, they joined Optimum Energy as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they played a key role in multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Following that, they worked at Branded Entertainment Network as an HR Manager, responsible for benefits administration and strategic guidance. Kristi then joined ExtraHop as a Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on IT analytics. Kristi's next role was at iSpot.tv as a Manager of People and Talent, specializing in real-time TV ad data and analytics. Kristi'smost recent position is at Reverb, where they served as a Senior People Ops Consultant. Currently, they are the Director of HR at SeekOut.

Kristi Desart holds a BA in Psychology from Central Washington University. Kristi also has a certification in PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
