Nivedita Bhardwaj is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in managing enterprise and D2C brands across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at SeekOut since September 2025, Nivedita has previously held roles at GoKwik, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 30 D2C enterprise brands, contributing to significant annual recurring revenue.
