Brittany Lee, Ph.D

Brittany Lee, Ph.D has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. Brittany currently holds the position of Scientist III at Seer, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientist at DiscernDx from March 2021 to January 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Brittany worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University in the Lab of Michael Snyder, Ph.D. Their role involved leading the iPOP Fiber Project, where they conducted multiomics analysis to investigate the impact of prebiotic fiber supplementation on the host-microbiome axis.
