Helmut von Keyserling

Helmut von Keyserling has extensive work experience in the field of life sciences and biotechnology. Starting their career at Biozym Scientific GmbH in 2002 as a Regional Account Manager, they gained valuable knowledge in sales and account management. From 2005 to 2011, Helmut worked at Charité, where they served as a Research Associate and later as a Technology Transfer Manager. During this time, they conducted research in tumor immunology, cervix pathology, and biomarker development. In 2011, they joined Cellectis as a Regional Account Manager and continued in that role until 2014. Helmut then joined NanoString Technologies, Inc. as a Regional Account Manager before being promoted to Senior Regional Account Manager in 2017. In 2019, Helmut became a Sr. Regional Account Manager at IsoPlexis, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Quanterix as a Regional Account Manager for Germany, specializing in their cutting-edge Single Molecule Array Technology (SIMOA) for ultra-sensitive biomarker detection. After serving as a Business Development Manager for Quanterix in Europe's industry accounts, they transitioned to Seer in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Regional Business Manager, DACH at Seer, where they oversee business operations and account management for the DACH region. Throughout their career, Helmut has developed strong expertise in account management, business development, and cutting-edge technologies in the life sciences industry.

Helmut von Keyserling received their primary education at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Biotechnologie as a Dipl.-Ing. (FH). Following this, in 2001 to 2002, they pursued a practical training semester and diploma thesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Metabolomic engineering in microorganisms. Lastly, from 2005 to 2010, Helmut von Keyserling attended Freie Universität Berlin, where they earned a Doctor rer. medic. degree, with the field of study unspecified.
