Kenneth Bulger is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher and RSHE Lead at Sefton Council since September 2020. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked as a Teacher at Liverpool City Council from September 2013 to August 2020 and at Runnymede St. Edward's Catholic Preparatory School from September 2011 to August 2013. Kenneth has also contributed as a Guest Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University from January 2020 to October 2023, delivering lectures on Child Protection & Safeguarding and Neurodiversity & Differentiation to first-year undergraduate primary education students. Kenneth's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Advanced Teaching Practice from Liverpool John Moores University, a Postgraduate Degree in Education from Edge Hill University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Liverpool. Currently, Kenneth is pursuing the NPQSL in Urban Education and Leadership through Best Practice Network, expected to complete in September 2024.
