Ronald A. Rosa

Ronald Rosa is an experienced litigator focusing his practice on a broad range of complex civil litigation matters from construction defect, product liability to state action claims. He is adept at managing a large caseload, utilizing negotiation skills to achieve successful settlement results. He has a successful track record in both trial and appeal, achieving favorable results for his clients.

Ronald believes the practice of law is best summed up by Abraham Lincoln – “As a peacemaker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man.”

Clients turn to Ronald for his innovative and effective skills tackling difficult legal concepts and his ability to distill and relate those concepts in an articulate and easy to understand style. He ensures that all clients are well informed of their legal options through proper due diligence and analytical observations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ronald served as an associate attorney at a regional litigation firm handling business and corporate law, including labor disputes and contract actions. He has also served as a managing attorney and an associate at a number of New Jersey litigation firms practicing a variety of matters from personal injury to workers’ compensation.

Ronald earned his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in business transactions. He was on the Dean’s List and participated in intra-school mock trial. He also served as the copy editor and business manager of The Pillar and was an SBA tutor for business organizations.

He holds a B.A. in journalism from Rider University with a minor in political science.
