Jeffrey Pendley

Jeffrey Pendley has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles related to facilities and maintenance. Jeffrey began their career in 1999 as an Operations and Maintenance Manager at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. In 2003, they took on the role of Director of Maintenance at Citation Corporation. In 2006, they moved on to BAE Systems as a Facilities and Maintenance Manager. From 2011 to 2013, Jeffrey was a Senior Maintenance Specialist at Aker Solutions. During this time, they also held the role of Adjunct Professor at Faulkner State. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Kemira and Technip as a Facilities & Maintenance Management and Facilities Maintenance Manager, respectively. In 2017, they also took on the role of Production and Maintenance Manager at The Pendley Group LLC. Most recently, Jeffrey has been an IOC Project Engineer at Segers Aero Corporation since 2021.

Jeffrey Pendley has a diverse educational background. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations from the University of Phoenix, a Business degree in Operations Management from the University of South Alabama, and three Associate's degrees in Operations Management and Supervision, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Crandall College. Jeffrey also holds a Batchelors degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Columbus State University. Additionally, Jeffrey Pendley has obtained certifications in Leadership for Power and Change from Boeing, Lean Manufacturing from Aveta Business Solutions, Master Black Belt Six Sigma from Aveta Solutions, NARTA Class 3 Technician from Narta, and Project Management from the University of Florida.
