Laila Foldager Scharff

Laila Foldager Scharff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Laila started their career in 1989 with a student job at Nordea. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as a Kontorelev at Landboforening, Bramming. Laila then moved on to Kolding Herreds Landbrugsforening, where they worked as a Regnskabsassistent from 1993 to 1995, and later from 2010 to 2013. In 1995, they briefly worked as an Assistant at Haderslev Kommune. From 1996 to 2006, Laila worked as a Revisorassistent at Fyns Familielandbrug. Laila then transitioned to centrovice, where they worked as a Driftsassistent from 2006 to 2010. In 2007, they became a member of the skolebestyrelsen at Spurvelundskolen. Laila joined SEGES Innovation in 2013 and held two roles - Business Analyst and Lean Consultant. At SEGES Innovation, they were responsible for optimizing the use of ERP systems and providing training and supervision to employees. Laila's most recent work experience is as a Volunteer at Dansk Flygtningehjælp, starting in 2022.

Laila Foldager Scharff's education history begins with their completion of the 9th grade extended leaving examination at Østerbyskolen in Vejen from 1977 to 1986. Laila then went on to attend Vejen Gymnasium from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Matematisk musisk student. In 1990 to 1991, Laila enrolled at Erhvervsskolerne for Aars og omegn, where they pursued a degree in Hhx. In 2013, Laila attended Rambøll and completed a Process Manager course as part of their Process Management education. Laila then went on to attend Mannaz in 2017 to 2018, where they focused on Proceskonsulent (Process Consultant). In 2018, they furthered their education by completing a program in Change Management and Communication at Aros Business Academy.
