Nathaniel Delanoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nathaniel began their career at Welch Allyn, where they served as an IT Troubleshooting/Help Desk Administrator, providing user support and completing various projects. Nathaniel then worked at PalmettoNet as a Sales Engineer, specializing in carrier long haul solutions. After that, Delanoy joined Spirit Communications, first as an Internet Support Technician, then as an IP Network Analyst/ATM Frame Relay Analyst, and later as a Technical Consultant/Sales Engineer and Product Manager. In their most recent role at Segra, Delanoy served as the North Carolina Sales Engineering Manager and later as the Sr. Director of Business Development and Product Management. Throughout their career, Delanoy has gained extensive experience in product management, sales engineering, and technical support in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on connectivity, collaboration, and cybersecurity.

Nathaniel Delanoy earned a Network Certificate from York Technical College in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1999-2001.
