Conor Dooley

Conor Dooley has more than 35 years of diverse work experience, with a focus on business development, strategy, and management. Conor is currently serving as the Senior Business Development Director for Ireland at SEGULA Technologies, a leading global engineering group. Conor also owns their own business consultancy called Comprend Associates, where they help ambitious international companies grow and develop.

Prior to their current roles, Conor held various positions at Aggreko, a global energy solutions company. Conor served as the Director of Business Development for Aggreko Global Products & Technology, leading initiatives to reduce carbon content and improve sustainability in the company's power generation solutions. Conor also served as the Head of Business Development for Aggreko Northern Europe, where they developed innovative temporary power solutions for wind sectors and implemented grid export services. Conor also held the position of General Manager for Aggreko Ireland and Scotland, managing sales, operations, and customer service.

Before joining Aggreko, Conor worked as the Group Development Manager for McMahons Builders Providers, where they were responsible for nationwide branch development and restructuring pricing strategies. Conor also founded their own consulting business, Comprend Associates, specializing in strategic business planning, marketing, and selling programs.

Conor's earlier career included roles as General Manager for SPS Technologies' European manufacturing and sales subsidiary and various positions at Methode Electronics, where they played key roles in operations, sales, and technical management. Conor began their career as a Mechanical and Quality Assurance Engineer at Intepro Systems.

Throughout their career, Conor has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategy implementation, project management, and team leadership. Conor has a strong track record of driving growth and delivering successful results in diverse industries, including engineering, energy, manufacturing, and construction.

Conor Dooley's education history includes a Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, a Diploma in the Chartered Director Programme from the Institute of Directors (IoD), an Executive Leadership Programme from IMD, an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Limerick, a BA and BAI in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, and completion of Secondary/High School at Ardscoil Rís, Limerick.
