Jim Winz

Jim Winz has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Conversion Manager at SEI since 2012. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Operations at Lincoln Investment Planning from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing the operations process and strengthening the relationship between Operations, Sales, and clients. Prior to that, Jim worked as Director of Quality Assurance at Brinker Capital, Inc. from 2005 to 2008 and as Training Manager at The Vanguard Group from 1996 to 2005, where Jim progressed from Trainer to Project Lead/Manager. Early career roles include Trading Analyst at the American Stock Exchange and Compliance Analyst at Bear Stearns, contributing to expertise in market analysis and compliance oversight. Jim earned a BS Degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University between 1989 and 1991.
