Lucy Schwartzman

Lucy Schwartzman, CIPM, is an accomplished professional in performance measurement and attribution with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently, Lucy serves as the Director of Performance and Attribution at SEI since May 2015. Prior to this role, Lucy was the Head of Performance Measurement and Compliance at Jacobs Levy Equity Management from July 2004 to November 2014, managing performance measurement activities and GIPS compliance for various investment strategies. Lucy also held the position of Vice President of Performance Measurement at J&W Seligman from August 1995 to July 2004, leading a team focused on performance analysis and client reporting for a US$25 billion investment firm. Earlier in Lucy's career, as a Portfolio Analyst at Rosenblum-Silverman-Sutton, responsibilities included trading, quantitative analysis, and client reporting for private clients. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Belarus State Economics University, awarded in 1990.
