Henry Wei

Henry joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2019 and is involved in SEP’s operations in the US. His responsibilities include the diligence and execution of new investments, advising partner companies on strategic planning, and helping complete add-on acquisitions and implement growth initiatives.

Henry began his professional career at Wells Fargo Securities LLC, where he advised middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions.

Henry graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Economics. While at CMC, he played on the varsity football and rugby teams.
