Tristan Burns

Tristan joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2015 and is responsible for assisting in the financial management of the firm and its limited partnerships.

Prior to joining SEP, Tristan was a senior associate at Ernst & Young LLP, where she focused primarily on tax compliance for private equity clients and had also been an accounting manager at a start-up leasing company. She has over 10 years of diversified accounting, tax, and audit experience.

Tristan graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a certified public accountant.
