Carolina Donikian

Carolina Donikian is a qualified professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and technical support. Currently serving as a Presales Engineer and previously as a Senior BI Analyst at SEIDOR Analytics since June 2016, Carolina Donikian focuses on technical tasks associated with projects and has developed expertise in BI, GRC, EPM, and EIM tools. Prior to this role, Carolina Donikian worked at COMNEX from May 2014 to March 2016 as a Technical Support specialist, where responsibilities included software and hardware installations, maintenance, and direct customer support, along with supplier interactions.
