Andy Philippou

Andy Philippou has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Andy'smost recent position is as the Head of Operations at Seismic, starting in January 2023. Andy previously co-founded vTogether in October 2020, where they served as the COO. Before that, they worked at Deloitte Digital as the Head of Operations for the Market Gravity business unit from June 2017 to September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations at Market Gravity from November 2014 to June 2017, where they were responsible for various operational aspects of the consultancy. At Capgemini Invent, Andy held multiple roles, including Sales Operations Manager from June 2009 to November 2014 and Recruitment Manager from October 2008 to June 2009. Andy started their career as an In-House Recruiter at Atos Consulting from October 2004 to October 2008 and initially worked as an On-site Recruiter at Hudson Global Resourcing from October 2003 to October 2004.
