Kondapalli Prasad

Kondapalli Prasad has extensive work experience in various managerial roles.

Kondapalli started their career in 2001 at HSBC as an Assistant Manager in Operations, where they were responsible for resource planning, technology coordination, and knowledge management. Kondapalli successfully transitioned critical processes from the US to India, improved team efficiency, and maintained a low attrition rate. Kondapalli worked at HSBC for five years.

In 2006, Prasad joined Perot Systems Corporation as an Associate Operations Manager for seven months. Kondapalli gained experience in the areas of healthcare, government, manufacturing, banking, and insurance domains.

From 2007 to 2017, Prasad worked at Deloitte, initially as an Assistant Manager in Account Marketing and later as a Manager in Functional Marketing. During their tenure, they devised go-to-market strategies, integrated research teams, and developed strategic marketing plans. Kondapalli also managed the functional marketing team and facilitated better integration between the US and India teams.

Since 2017, Prasad has been working at Techzert Software Pvt. Ltd. as the Vice President. In this role, they streamlined internal processes, led a digital transformation project, and ensured operational readiness for strategic business priorities. Kondapalli also played a crucial role in increasing sales revenues, developing profitable customer relationships, and establishing a comprehensive managed services operations setup.

Currently, Prasad is employed at Seismic LLC as the Center Head, a role they started in November 2022.
