They implemented Microsoft Power BI for internal reporting and provided comprehensive professional training to employees on project management, ITIL, creativity, and innovation.

Earlier in their career, Krishna Chaitanya held positions at Seismic LLC as an Associate Vice President, IIAM - Integral Institute of Advanced Management as a Guest Professor of Management, Communicate ISM as a Communication & Personality Development Trainer, Sreepad as a Service Delivery Lead, Tech Mahindra as a Team Leader, and Sutherland as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
