Cigdem Ünsal

Cigdem Ünsal graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 1995. In 1995, he started his banking career as an expert in the Executive Training Program at Yapı ve Kredi Bank. In 1998, he moved to the Turkish Economy Bank in charge of Human Resources Projects. Until 2006, he worked in all processes and projects of Human Resources, served as human resources wage and performance management manager, and as of 2006 he was Director of Human Resources Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and Wage Management. Since 2015, he has continued to serve as Executive Director responsible for the management of all human resources processes. As of October 2020, he took on the role of TEB Holding Coordinator and joined şekerbank family in February 2021 by being appointed as The Deputy General Manager in charge of Şekerbank Human Resources.
