Matt Mewhirter

Matt Mewhirter has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industry. Matt is currently working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Lead Manufacturing Engineer at SEKISUI Aerospace Corporation from January 2020 to present and from September 2018 to December 2019, respectively. Matt also worked as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation from December 2017 to September 2018. Before that, they held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division from November 2007 to December 2017, where they were involved in various projects related to aircraft manufacturing processes. Matt started their career as a Process Engineer at Superior Essex from July 2006 to November 2007.

Matt Mewhirter obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Tarleton State University from 2002 to 2006.
