Sergio Arnabar has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Sergio began their career as a Design Engineer at Cementos Apasco in 1994. Sergio then worked as a Sales Engineer at The Trane Company from 1996 to 1997. Arnabar joined Merck Sharp & Dohme in 1999, where they held various roles, including Financial Planning - Management Trainee, Financial Services Manager, and Plant Controller. In 2005, they briefly worked as a Franchise Controller - Cordis Latin America at Johnson & Johnson Medical before returning to Merck as a Plant Controller. Arnabar then served as the Finance Director at Cherokee Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Plant Controller at Merck. Currently, Arnabar serves as the Vice President of Finance at SEKISUI KYDEX, a position they have held since August 2016.

Sergio Arnabar attained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a higher education institution, between the years 1989 and 1993. Sergio further pursued their education at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business and obtained their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance and Supporting Accounting from 1997 to 1999.
