Wahyu Marganingsih

Wahyu Marganingsih, CHRG, is an experienced professional in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as the Manager of HR Service Delivery & Data Analytic at Sekolah Cikal since August 2018. In this role, Wahyu has been instrumental in developing the HRIS system for the organization, overseeing various functions such as attendance, leave management, payroll, and organizational structure. Prior to this, Wahyu held positions at PT Bank Permata from January 2008 to September 2021, where responsibilities included payroll processing and implementing SAP HR Information Systems. Wahyu's career also includes experience at PT Tae Yung Indonesia, focusing on HR payroll processing and employee services. Wahyu earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Gunadarma and pursued further education at PPA Universitas Indonesia.
