SeKON is seeking a Desktop Systems Administrator to support NIH NIDDK IT Services. The Desktop System Administrator Serves as a Tier 3 resource for the NIDDK service desk and computer user community.

REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree along with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in IT customer support or an Associate degree or H.S. diploma with at least six (6) years of relevant work experience.
The Desktop Systems Administrator shall have a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance, or obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance within six (6) months of contract award. Requires technical computer and customer service skills.
It is preferred that the Desktop Systems Administrator has, at minimum, a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3.
Must have one or more of the following:
MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
MSCE: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
Apple Certified Support Professional
JAMF Certified Tech (current or current -1 version)
(ISC) 2 Systems Security Certified Professional (SSCP)
